By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein. By purchasing any item featured on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. CostumeOne may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and any amendment is effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by, and be bound by those amended Terms and Conditions.
Any use of this website other than for personal research is strictly forbidden. The use of website scraping, data harvesting, or search spidering for any use other than to supply search query results to private end-user consumers is strictly forbidden. These prohibitions pertain to, but are not limited to, any aggregation of our property listing content, or any other content or data appearing on this website, or individual pages of this website.
None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
All prices on our websites are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%, this is included in the advertised price.

Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. CostumeOne does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.
Costume styles are subject to change without notice, at the manufacturers discretion. Any changes of this nature are beyond our control, as the manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the descriptions and photographs of costumes on our website as soon as we become aware of them.
Our website automatically displays the most current pricing and availability information available to our staff.
CostumeOne will send your purchase using a courier, who are given authority to leave your parcel without a signature. We recommend shipping to a daytime address where someone can sign for delivery, ie your place of work. Our delivery partners will leave your parcel as instructed in the 'Extra Delivery Instructions' field at checkout.
CostumeOne accepts no responsibility for articles left by the courier if you select an unattended delivery address.
Our delivery guarantee is that we will dispatch all orders placed by 3pm weekdays on the same day. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, delivery times suggested on our site are estimates only.
Our delivery partners are Go Logistics for Sydney and suburbs, and StarTrack (in partnership with Australia Post) outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area. Most parcels addressed to capital cities and general mail centres across Australia will arrive within one working day of dispatch. We do not offer a guarantee that goods will be delivered within one working day, and the StarTrack transit grid may be used as a guide only.http://www.startrack.com.au
CostumeOne does not accept responsibility for articles delayed in transit, as this is beyond our control. Postage will NOT be credited where purchases are delayed in delivery, please see the Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellation Policy for refund terms.
Postage will not be credited where an order is cancelled after it has left our office.
If the packed order is too large for the express service you will be advised by telephone of the shipping method before dispatch.
Where the total purchase price is less than $10, Express Post may not apply. Please allow extra time for delivery.
Payment via our electronic gateway is made using Visa or Mastercard only. You are transferred directly to the Commonwealth Bank of Australia payment portal to enter your details, protecting your privacy and important information. You will be transferred back to CostumeOne website after payment is complete to finalise your purchase.
Orders placed by telephone may be paid in CASH (pickup only), by DIRECT DEPOSIT to our account, using PAYPAL, or sending a CHEQUE made out to eSTOP PTY LTD. Payment is not considered complete until funds are received, this includes clearing cheques. Goods will only be dispatched once funds are received and payment is complete.
Unpaid orders will be held from stock for a maximum of 48hours pending payment, at which time the stock will be returned to sale if payment has not been completed (or cheque received).
Discount codes are NOT valid retroactively (ie after the payment is finalised) and must be entered during checkout to qualify.
Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations Policy.
Most of our products are backed by a return guarantee. Most featured items can be returned within 30 days from Delivery Date for a refund.
Items sent for return must be registered with our office (by telephone or email) before sending, to obtain a return registration number. Please allow time for postage between registering your return and the 30 day return expiry period. CostumeOne accepts no responsibility for late registration or receipt of returned goods.
Goods returned after the 30 day period will not be credited.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited.
Postage and Handling charges will not be credited.
In the instance of an item being returned where a discount code was used, any remaining items on the order revert back to full price if the total spend then falls below the qualifying amount related to that discount code.
Returns sent via unregistered post are done so at the customers risk.
Any return damaged, deemed worn, received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
There are no refunds on specially ordered items.
There are no refunds on Wigs, Hosiery, makeup, eyelashes, moustaches or beards, opened face-paint, or Shoes.
Items sent for return are the customer's responsibility to track using available information appropriate to their method of sending.
Goods must be received back in their undamaged original packaging as new for resale, with all parts present and undamaged (no rips, overstretching, marks etc), in an unworn, unwashed state (no dust, dirt, makeup marks, odours such as perfumes, smoke, etc). Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. For exchanges please follow the instructions for Refund, then place a new order for the replacement item on the website. Replacement postage and handling charges do apply as normal.
In the rare instance of faulty goods being received, CostumeOne will only cover delivery charges incurred when replacing your purchase with an identical item in the same size.
There is a minimum 15% restocking fee, if more than 5 of one item is ordered and subsequently returned.
We are unable to cancel orders that are already packed and transferred to our carriers for delivery.
Any refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone will be credited back to the original credit card (on which the order was purchased). Any refunds will be for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include postage and handling charges.
We are unable to amend orders that are already packed and transferred to our carriers for delivery. The onus is on the customer to choose carefully and enter the correct delivery details for orders to ensure receipt of the items they purchase. Any error made by the customer resulting in an incorrect choice purchased must be rectified by following instructions for refund, then re-ordering the correct item.
