Orders placed for pickup will be processed within 1 to 5 hours and will be ready to collect between
9am-9pm Friday the 24th of November 2017.
With over 3500 lines in our range it is not possible to display everything in a showroom for browsing in person, which is why we are an ONLINE store only. We have no shop-front
other than this website, however we do have a parcel pick up address for collecting pre-ordered goods, click and collect

Our office is regularly unattended as we spend time in the warehouse however you can leave your details on the answering service at this number, and our customer service staff will return your call when they are available.
Click-and-Collect orders are sent from our warehouse to the pickup location multiple times each weekday, with approximately a 3-5 hour turnaround from the time you place your order.The collection address is supplied on your invoice after payment
if you have selected 'Pick up from Northmead, NSW' at checkout.
You can collect your order from the Northmead (NSW) address after you receive a text message confirming it is ready
Once you have received a text message confirming your pre-paid order is ready, pickup will be available between 9am and 9pm Monday to Saturday. To avoid disappointment, please do not attempt to collect an order until you have received a text message, (or second email) confirming it is ready for pickup
Please use our website to browse our range online as the pickup location is not a showroom, no items are available to view at our Northmead address.
The address below is for letters only. You must contact us via telephone or email to arrange returns, to get a return authorisation number, and the correct address to send return parcels.
