Next Dispatch will be sent at
3pm Monday the 26th of February 2018.
Orders placed for pickup will be processed within 1 to 5 hours and will be ready to collect between
9am-9pm Saturday the 24th of February 2018.
Place your order before 3pm
(Sydney Time) on weekdays, for same day dispatch (public holidays and Christmas Eve excepted). This means within greater Sydney you should receive your costumes the next working day*. Orders received after 3pm are counted in the following days' dispatch and will take an additional day for delivery.
For areas outside of greater Sydney we use StarTrack Courier service**.*****You can check delivery times for this courier using the instructions below and this link to StarTrack*****

, we cannot guarantee the courier's service level, but we will send your parcel as quickly as possible on the fastest service available.
We cannot guarantee door to door delivery for every customer. Buyers in remote areas such as farms, small towns, out-of-town properties in rural areas, mining camps etc may have the freight delivered to the nearby post office or freight centre. Please use the tracking details supplied to locate your parcel during the delivery process.
*"Working Days" are Mon-Fri in all areas. **Very large parcels may be sent using Off-Peak services, in which case the customer will be advised of delivery time.
There is a $9.95 flat rate postage and handling charge to deliver within Australia. Our low prices mean combining orders with your friends will save you $$!

We are located in Northmead, NSW, Australia, and once your order is received, our focus is getting your costume to you as quickly as possible!
Our handling times are super-fast, and we use express shipping methods across the country, making the 'last minute' fancy dress events a lot less hassle!

Choosing your delivery address
will deliver your costume, so please use an address where someone will be present to sign for delivery during business hours, ie your workplace. For residential deliveries, if no-one is home to sign, the parcel could be left on the premises without a signature, so for security for your purchase, please supply an appropriate address.
Remember to include any special instructions in the section provided, for example to nominate the best place for a courier to 'hide' the parcel, or helpful hints to find the address. Please note that our express freight partners do not deliver to PO box, Locked Bag, or Parcel Locker addresses.
Prefer not to pay for delivery?
You can select 'Pick up from Northmead, NSW'
at checkout, which will remove any P&H charges and notify our staff to prepare your order for collection.
Once the items have been picked from our warehouse and your order ready to collect, we will send an SMS and email to let you know!Once you've received an SMS (or second email) confirmation, you can come along between 9am-9pm Monday to Saturday
to pick up your order.
Turnaround time is generally 3-5 hours on operating days, if your request is more urgent than that, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate if possible.Please wait until you receive an SMS notification confirming your costume is ready, before setting off to Northmead.
